  I just spoke to the owner of these condos, and I do not recommend anyone staying here. I found the number on Google by googling "hotels in New Smyrna Beach" to which this phone number came up, I proceeded to call the number to ask about availability, and the woman who answered was beyond rude. Told me she doesn't know how her condo was put into the 'hotel' category and seemed flabbergasted I was inquiring about a one night stay when she rents her place out 'weeks at a time'. With that being said, I didn't even have to see this place to know that I will never be staying nor recommending to anyone. Enjoy your high life condo whoever you are!
